CTCP CommandsTo put it simply, CTCP is a command to get your computer to do something or get someone's else computer to do something.
Pinging an user is a CTCP command which gets the other person's computer to reply to that Ping CTCP request.

Version an user tells you what is the program name and version number which the user is using for IRC.
